Studio Flow

Combining over 800h of trainings and nine years of teaching experience, Nina has brought her own style & approach to this vinyasa (flow) class. You can expect meditation, chanting, music, and a challenging / creative sequence. This class will leave you invigorated physically, mentally, & spiritually. Studio Flow is adapted to all levels.

Meditation & Yin

Meditation & Yin was designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. The class offers a peaceful experience by combining elements of Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation accompanied by deeply relaxing music. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes, depending on the level of the practitioner. Meditation & Yin is adapted to all levels.

Studio HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism. This class will challenge your limits to a whole other level using mostly bodyweight exercises accompanied by motivating music. If you want to get into the best shape of your life and have fun while doing it, this is the class for you. Get ready to push yourself and sweat! Studio HIIT is adapted to all levels.

Studio Hybrid

The perfect balance - Thirty minutes of High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and thirty minutes of yoga. Studio Hybrid is the perfect class on those days you want a good workout and a good stretch in one session. Studio Hybrid offers thirty minutes of high intensity interval exercises to get a good sweat before unwinding with thirty minutes of yoga. Accompanied by empowering music following the flow of the class. Studio Hybrid is adapted to all levels.
