What Awaits You

With Nina, you can expect meditation, chanting, music, challenging / creative sequences, hands-on assists, and a relaxing massage during savasana. She will answer any questions you may have after practice.

Nina has been a yoga practitioner for the past 15 years and a teacher for 12 years. Ever since the age of seventeen, Nina has felt called to help people embody their full potential. Combining over 1000h of trainings and twelve years of teaching experience, Nina’s classes are transformative and empowering. Her way of teaching will challenge you physically as much as mentally and spiritually.

Martin will teach a workshop in the afternoon consisting of meditation, yoga nidra, and breathwork. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, and is based on entry into altered states where the body is consciously asleep but awareness is present. The yoga nidra portion on the class will be accompanied by sound healing. Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being. Said, Martin’s partner, will be guiding the sound healing.

We will start the day with a ceremonial cacao ceremony before the first yoga practice. There will be free time after lunch where you can enjoy the sauna followed by an optional cold plunge in the lake. You can also immerse yourself in nature as you walk in the quiet paths of the area, journal as you relax by the fire, or continue the thermal experience with access to sauna, steam shower, and jacuzzi.
