What Awaits You

In Nina's yoga classes, you can expect meditation, chanting, music, challenging and creative sequences of postures, hands-on adjustments, and a relaxing massage during Savasana. She will answer all your questions after the practice.

Nina has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 12 years. Since the age of seventeen, she has felt the calling to help people embody their full potential. With over 1000 hours of training and twelve years of teaching experience, Nina's classes are both transformative and powerful. Her approach will challenge you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We will begin the day with a cacao ceremony before the first yoga session. After lunch, Matt will guide the breathing workshop, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna, followed by an optional cold immersion in the lake. You can also immerse yourself in nature by walking the peaceful trails of the region, journaling while relaxing by the fire, or continuing the thermal experience with access to the sauna, steam shower, and hot tub.

The breathing workshop, led by Matt, is perfect for athletes, high performers, and anyone looking to build resilience, enhance recovery, and unlock their full potential.

  • Guided breathing sessions to regulate your nervous system.

  • Sauna and cold bath rotations to push your mental and physical limits.

  • Coaching on how to use breathing techniques in daily life to improve performance and manage stress.

  • A community experience with like-minded individuals dedicated to growth and well-being.

Are you ready to take control of your breath and master the elements?

Breathing techniques

Here's some breath work techniques you’ll learn in Matt's workshop.

  1. Box Breathing
    • A structured technique used by athletes and Navy SEALs to enhance focus and control stress.
    • How it works: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds before repeating.
    • Benefits: Reduces anxiety, balances the nervous system, and increases oxygen efficiency.

  2. Wim Hof Rhythmic Breathing
    • A dynamic breathing method popularized by Wim Hof, designed to oxygenate the body and improve cold tolerance.
    • How it works: Deep inhales followed by relaxed exhales in a cycle of 30-40 breaths, followed by a breath hold.
    • Benefits: Increases energy, reduces inflammation, and enhances mental resilience.

  3. Ocean Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama)
    • A meditative breath technique used in yoga to create warmth and a steady focus.
    • How it works: Inhale deeply through the nose, then exhale slowly while slightly constricting the throat, creating a soft “ocean wave” sound.
    • Benefits: Improves lung function, calms the mind, and regulates body temperature.

  4. Physiological Sigh
    • A quick reset for the nervous system that helps reduce stress almost instantly.
    • How it works: Take a deep inhale through the nose, followed by a second quick sip of air, then exhale fully and slowly.
    • Benefits: Lowers heart rate, releases tension, and improves mood.
